Illness Is Fatal To Mrs. Kellogg
Mrs. Alice Kellogg, 69, of Leroy, died Friday at 5:30 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. E. Woodruff, of 908 N. State Street. Mrs. Kellogg had been staying with her daughter for the last six months, during which time her health had been failing.
Besides her daughter, the deceased is survived by a son, Norman Kellogg, of Leroy; two sisters, Mrs. Lula Scott, of Claridon, and Mrs. Mabel Rickard, of Chardon and three grandchildren, Mrs. Raymond Peterson, Jay and Alice Jean Woodruff, all of Painesville.
Mrs. Kellogg was a charter member of the Leroy Grange, a member of the W. B. A. and W. R. C., and had lived in Leroy for the last 35 years.
Funeral services will be held on Monday afternoon at the Kellogg home in Leroy at 1:30 o'clock with the Rev. J. J. Wyeth, pastor of the Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
