Reginald Sherman Kidd was the son of John Edward Kidd Jr. and his wife Mary Caroline Carrie Lee Kidd. He married first in 1907 Elizabeth Gaynor of Wisconsin who died before 1916. He married second on January 12th 1916 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts Flora Lillie who followed him in death in 1966.
