GAINESVILLE - Funeral services for Michelle Russell, 52, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Chapel in Gainesville with Rev. Hollis Parsons officiating. Interment will follow at Reed Cemetery near Myra. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday the 14th at the funeral home.
Michelle passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012 in Whitesboro. She was born on Nov. 21, 1959 in Gainesville to Herbert Hoover Russell and Dorothy Ray (Palmer) Russell. She was a graduate of Era High School and worked for Weber Aircraft in Gainesville for 15 years as an assembler. She had also worked for Miller Dry Cleaners for several years. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed working in her yard and helping others.
Survivors include a son, T.J. Woolsey and wife, Amy of Gainesville; a sister, Harriette Russell Johnson of Auburn, Washington; a brother, David Lee Russell and wife, Debbie of Whitesboro; and 2 grandchildren, Breann Woolsey and Lexi Woolsey of Callisburg. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Johnny Russell; and a niece, Eva Russell Johnson. Pallbearers are Adam Russell, Bill Haley, Grant Mitchell, Gary Chambers, Joanne Pettigrew and Brady Green.
