James Malachi Cummings, son of David and Sarah[Keathley] Cummings 1827-1876 was 49 years old when he died. J.Malachi occupations were Farmer,Store operater and Preacher. His first marriage was to Polly Brown 3/19/1846,they had children. She past away and later he married Adaline Elizabeth Robertson 11/30/1854,they also had children. J.Malachi was buried in the Cummings burial plot near his father David, on their farm 5 miles east of Bedford Indiana. Years later some Texas gas pipelines were run through this property that may have distroyed the graves. Unknown if the graves were moved.
