Alfred S. Green, Sr., 73, of Utica, died May 1, 2008, at his home. He was born December 6, 1934, in Genoa, NY, the son of Silas and Myrtle Pike Green. He served in the US Army from 1955-58. Mr. Green worked for Pepsi, Laidlaw and most recently Birnie Bus Co. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law; his daughter; his daughter and son-in-law; a step-son; his grandchildren; his great-grandchildren; his sisters; and a nephew... Interment will be in Fairchild Cemetery, Remsen. Utica Observer Dispatch, May 2, 2008
