He lapsed into a coma Tuesday evening from which he never recovered. He and Mrs Sessler had been staying in their daughters' homes near Vinton and Williamsburg the past several weeks during her convalescence of injuries suffered in an auto mishap.

Burial services are being held today at 1:30 p.m. in Trinity Lutheran church, preceded by a prayer service in the home at 1:00 o'clock, the Rev. Th. J. Eickelberg officiating. Music will be supplied by the mixed chorus, directed by Mrs Lorenz Hoffmeier.

Gerald Wiebel, Art Sessler, Al. Sessler, Harry Wiebel, Delmar Hoffmeier and Lorenz Hoffmeier will serve as pallbearers. Mrs Myron Schneider and Mrs Melvin Wiebel are in charge of flowers. Interment will be in the Lutheran cemetery.

Upon the death of his father in his early teens, he came to live at Wilton Junction. Here he grew to manhood, working on a farm during his youth.

On Jan. 15, 1918, he married Miss Bertha Wiebel of Lowden. They had four children, two sons and two daughters. After farming for three years at Wilton Junction, and for one year in this area, following his marriage, Mr Sessler became a painter and interior decorator, making his home in Lowden, and continued at this work until the time of his death.
