Jane Amanda Stout was born in Richland county, November 4, 1878, and departed this life July 4, at the Richland hospital at the age of 54 years and 8 months.
She was unit in marriage to Isaac Cooper July 4, 1895. To this union were born two children, Fred Cooper, and Mrs. Ray Stoltz, of Bloom City.
On April 15, 1925, she was united in holy matrimony to Joseph F. Tschumper, they having resided in Madison until she entered a Madison hospital on December 14, 1932, where she was operated on and a stroke of paralysis followed, which confined her to her bed until death.
She was brought to home of her son, Fred Cooper, at Bloom City, June 6, 1933, and entered the Richland hospital July 1.
She was a kind and loving wife and mother. She was always ready in sickness and death to do her part.
She leaves to mourn her departure a husband, two children, four grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Florence Schuster, of Seattle, Washington, and five brothers, Frank, of Milwaukee, George of Richland Center, Will of Ladysmith, Lester of Mauston, Dave of Madison, and a host of relatives and friends. Two brothers preceded her in death. She was converted to the M.E. church in March, 1933.
