They had nine children: Clarence Arthur Tuggle, Ruby Marie (Tuggle) Cunningham, Marvin Lee Tuggle, Paul Henry Tuggle, Mary Ruth Tuggle, Dorothy Mae (Tuggle) Burdine, J. B. Tuggle, Anna Maxine "Mickey" (Tuggle) Bentley and Gene Edgar Tuggle. Clarence married second to Ada (Brown) Rosier ca. 1963, in Corbin, Whitley County, KY.
