In Springfield, - Mrs. Johanna M. (Drislane) Donohue of 756 Belmont Ave., widow of William C. Donohue, died late Saturday evening at her home after a brief illness. She was born in Tipperary, Ireland, daughter of the late Timothy and Honora Powell Drislane, and had been a resident of Springfield for more than 50 years. She was a member of the St. Valerian Court of the Massachusetts Catholic Order of Foresters; a member of the Rosary Alter Society of Holy Name Church; and a former member of the Holy Name Progressive Club. Surviving are several nieces and nephews, among them Miss Mary A. Drislane, with whom she lived; Frank J. Drislane, William D. Drislane, Edward A. and Lawrence J. Phelan, all of this city, and John D. Phelan of Indian Orchard, Mrs. Charles F. Moreau of Wilbraham, and Mrs. Ruth E. Ryan of Springfield. The funeral will be held at the home, 756 Belmont Ave., Tuesday morning at 8:15, followed by a solemn high mass of requiem in Holy Name Church at 9. Burial will be in the family plot in St. Michael's Cemetery. The T.P. Sampson Co. in in charge of funeral arrangements.
