Danny Paul Anthamatten, 67, of Porum (formerly of Tulsa) passed from this life Monday, May 7, 2012 in Tulsa. He was born September 2, 1944 the son of Anthony and Marguerite (Williams) Anthamatten. He married Carol Ann White August 25, 1961 in Tulsa and together they raised six children.
Danny was a retired truck driver for Pepsi where he worked for 35 years. He enjoyed living at the lake and fishing, music and dancing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church.
Preceding him in death were both his parents; his grandson, Max; and sister, Margaret Hein.
His survivors include his wife, Carol Anthematten of Porum; children, Dana Hausher and husband, Patrick of Coweta, Tracy McCormack of Owasso, Kandi Jones and husband, David of Tulsa, Rusty Paul Anthamatten and wife, Michelle of Tulsa, Timothy Daniel Anthamatten and wife, Leah of Burleson, TX and Mary Combrink and husband, Jeremy of Tonkawa; 5 brothers; 4 sisters; 10 granddaughters: Courtney, Briane, Mandi, Nicole, Brittany, Kayley, KayLynn, Addison, Emma, and Noel; 8 grandsons: Kyle, Cody, Caleb, Donnie, Daniel, Mason, Peyton, and Gunner; 7 great granddaughters: Madalyn, Cassidy, Madison, Presley, Daisy, Mary Annaston, and Olivia; 5 great grandsons: Dillon, Ethan, Tristan, Owen, and Wyatt.
A rosary will be held 7:00 pm, Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the Heath-Griffith Funeral Home Chapel and the Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am, Friday, May 11, 2012 at St. Catherine Catholic Church, 4532 S 25th W Ave. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
