She was born June 28, 1933, at Montezuma, the daughter of Benjamin and Edith Woodward Mullikan. A lifetime Medicine Lodge resident, she was a retired Barber County deputy register of deeds.
She belonged to Medicine Lodge Presbyterian Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Medicine Lodge.
On September 4, 1948, she married E.P. Bill Change at Medicine Lodge. He died January 4, 1991.
Survivors include: two sons, Tim and Jerry, both of Medicine Lodge; a daughter, Lurinda Gehlen; a brother, Ben Mulikin, Corpus Christi, Texas; a sister, Phyllis Inslee, Ada, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 6, 1998, at Larrison-Forsyth Funeral Home, Medicine Lodge, with the Rev. Tom Walters presiding. Burial was in Highland Cemetery, Medicine Lodge.
Memorials may be sent to Medicine Lodge Memorial Hospital in care of the funeral home.
