She was called Nellie, daughter of Ezra and Charlotte Booth Perry. Her siblings were Emily, Ezra, Frederick, Eliza, Walter, Susan and Charles. Helen was a widow when she married Thomas Melville Hosterman on Nov. 23, 1892. She was his second wife and she helped raise his three sons, John, William and Walter. My dad, Raymond Hosterman, told me that she had beautiful, long white hair.
