Julia Annie Kallman, 77, died Dec. 16, 2008 at Vancouver, Washington. She was born July 5, 1931 at Ryderwood, Washington. She was a Clark County resident since 1976, living in Battle Ground, Washington.

Julia worked as a Registered Nurse for 17 years. She was of the Episcopalian faith and enjoyed nursing, liked traveling, listening to classical and Celtic music, reading history, Native American culture and sewing.

Julia is survived by her husband, Donald Kallman, at home; son, Hardean "Mitch" Mitchell of Stanwood, Washington; sister, June Broadbent of Vancouver, Washington; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Hodgson, in 1984; and her son, Virgil Brice Mitchell, in 2003.

Private services were held with private committal at the Northwood Park Cemetery, Ridgefield, WA.
