In the name of God, Amen and District aforesaid, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament:
My Will and desire is, that all my Estate, both real and personal, be sold by my Executor, hereafter to be named, after my death, first to pay my burial expenses, and all my just debts.
I give to my sister, Sarah Avery, Five Dollars.
I give to my brother, John Parker, Five Dollars.
I give to my sister, Polly Atwood, Three Dollars.
I give to my brother, Robert Parker, Three Dollars.
I give unto my brother, Carter Parker, or his representatives, Three Dollars.
I give unto my brother, Abraham Parker, the balance of the proceeds of the sale of all my property, after paying my burial expenses and all my just debts, and the above legacies as above set forth.
And I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved brother, Abraham Parker, my lawful Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and my desire is that my land be sold on the _____ In teste___ thereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this, the twenty-ninth day of June, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-four.
