Born April 9, 1923, in Syracuse to James and Ruth Donovan Fuller, he graduated from Sandy Creek Central School. He served with the Army during World War II.
Fuller was a maintenance worker and bus driver for Sandy Creek Central School. He retired in 1979. He was a member of Sandy Creek United Methodist Church. He also was a member of the Horse Shoe Club, and past president of the State Horseshoe Association. He was admitted to the Horseshoe Hall of Fame in 1979. He was a former Boy Scout leader in Sandy Creek and a former village trustee.
Surviving are his wife, the former Irene Wilder; two sons, Charles of Oklahoma and Richard of Sandy Creek; three daughters, Mrs. Linda Burkhard of Calcium, Mrs. Jane Currier of Orwell and Mrs. Kathryn Latremore of Natural Bridge; his mother,
Mrs. Ruth Fuller of Lacona; a sister, Mrs. Ella Hoag of Lehigh Acres, Fla., and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Summerville Funeral Home, the Rev. Ivan Greenfield officiating. Burial will be in Wesleyan Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 8192 Harwood Drive.
