FLORIDA — Lisa Renee Stevenson, 40, passed away on October 4, 2005. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on April 20, 1965.

She is survived by her mother and step-father Linda and Ed Rosenal; her father James Stevenson; her uncle Lewis Clark Stevenson, numerous patients that she provided care for, many dear friends and animals.

A memorial service was held on October 8, 2005, at Fort Myers Christian Church, 5619 Winkler Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33919, where she was a member.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to either to Florida Southern Gulf Coast Chapter: Oncology Nurses Society, P. O. Box 7704, Fort Myers, Fl 33911 or Fort Myers Christian Church, 5619 Winkler Avenue, Fort Myers, Fl 33919.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Her ashes were interred at Galveston County Memorial cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas on November 23, 2005.
