1850 Perry, Lawrence Co OH: RIGG Elizabeth/54/wd, Casandra/27, William/24, David/21, James/15, Susan/12.

Elizabeth Rigg was named in the will of her father John Bellomy on June 23, 1853 in Wayne County, Virginia. [1] Since the will refers to "the heirs" of Elizabeth Rigg it is assumed she had died prior to 1853. She was shown as head of household and a widow in the 1850 census for Lawrence County, Ohio. [2]

Note: -Elizabeth Mar 11 1826-apr 11 1859/Wayne Co VA m: Benjamin F. Drown, shows in some FTs as dau of Levi and Elizabeth. She appears to be dau of Greenville Riggs. Have found no indication that Levi and Elizabeth had a daughter named Elizabeth, unless she was the unknown daughter born before 1820.

Graveyard on farm, originally fenced, believed to have been trampled by cattle and lost. If marker exists it might not be visible. Death record not found, cannot prove burial here.
