A native of Greenup County, Kentucky, she was a member of Bonser Run Christian Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Henry Riley Frazee, November 24, 1982, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Faye) Sherman of Wheelersburg, Mrs. Bob J. (Charlotte) Hardy of Lancaster, and Mrs. Billy (Teresa) Browning of Oxford; three brothers, Otho Logan of West Portsmouth, Ralph Logan of Columbus; five sisters, Mary Bellamy of Dayton, Norma Springier of Palm Bay, Florida, Kathryn Cooper and Delphi Hignite, both of Portsmouth, and Mamie Moulton of Lucasville; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Don Wolfe Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Bender, burial following at Memorial Burial Park.
