Lindsay N. Cook, age 27, was welcomed into Heaven on Monday, April 30, 2012.
Born April 18, 1985, in Rockford, IL to Craig and Terri (nee Butler) Cook. Lindsay was a beautiful person who could light up a room and make anyone laugh. She loved to laugh and her happy spirit was contagious. She loved to be with family and was a true friend to so many. Lindsay had a loving and affectionate heart that she shared with others. She enjoyed shopping and going to lunch and hanging out with friends and family. She found special companionship with her lovable pugs.
Survived by her parents; sister, Erica; grandparents, Larry and Linda Butler, Mary and Neal Butler, and Carolyn Cook; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Lindsay held a special place in her heart for her boyfriend, Justin Ray, and best friend, Heather Inman.
Predeceased by grandparents; uncle, Randy; and aunt, Pam.
Service at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 3, in Heartland Community Church, 1280 S. Alpine Road, with visitation from 9:30 a.m. to time of service. Burial in Arlington Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family. Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory is honored to have assisted the family.
