Margaret was a homemaker, and made the best fudge ever.

Margaret A. Murray, 70, of Beardstown died Tuesday afternoon, March 22, 1994, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
She was born July 24, 1923, in Beardstown, the daughter of Tom and Wilma Demy Harn. She married Norville "Hap" Murray June 16, 1940, in Monroe City, Mo. He survives.

She is also survived by one daughter, Mrs. Pat (Linda) Harris; one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by one brother Robert Harn, and one sister, Maxine White.

Mrs. Murray graduated from Beardstown High School in 1941. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Beardstown.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday at Sager Funeral Home in Beardstown with burial at Beardstown City Cemetery. There will be an informal visitation 408 p.m. Thursday and until time of services Friday. Memorials are suggested to the Cass County Visiting Nurses.
