He was preceded in death by brothers; Harold and Robert Phillips, and sister; Dorothy Scobee. Jack was a World War II Veteran serving in the U.S. Navy as a Radarman. He was a Real Estate Agent in Kansas City for 40 years. Survived by his wife Dolores of 68 years, Sons; John A Jr. (Martha) of Honey Grove, TX, and David of Kansas City, MO. Granddaughters; Tammy Reeder (Scott) and Lynn Santini; Great Grandchildren, Steele and Lauren Reeder; Justin, Joshua and Dominic Santini.
