Lorena Singleton was born August 15, 1942 in Jackson County and departed this life Thursday, August 11, 2011 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, being 68 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Turner & Rosie (Powell) Abner.
Lorena is survived by eleven children- Mark Singleton of Bloomington, IN, Donnie Lee Singleton of Bardstown, Billy Keith Singleton of Richmond, Matthew Singleton of Louisville, Joseph Singleton of Minnesota, Timothy Singleton of Richmond, George Singleton of Florida, Mary Ann Moore of Richmond, Wendy Singleton of Irvine, Carol Ann Conrad of Bloomington, IN and Peggy Lynn Mullett of Maryville, OH.
In addition to her parents, Lorena was also preceded in death by her husband Junior Lee Singleton who passed away in 1994.
