Ann E. Briley, 84 of Tulsa died Sunday, April 29, 2012. She was born January 20, 1928 in Tulsa to Jesse William & Pearle (Hulsey) Allen.

Ann graduated from Central High School in 1946 and attended college at Kansas University where she was a member of the Sigma Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.

She married James E. Briley, Jr. on November 25, 1949. He preceded her in death in 2003.

Ann was a member of Boston Avenue United Methodist Church; Daughter's of the American Revolution where she volunteered in the Veteran's Program at Claremore VA Hospital; and Daughter's of the Confederacy. She was also a Troop Organizer for the Girl Scout's of American in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.

She is survived by two sons; and a brother.

The family suggest memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the Rose Chapel of Boston Avenue United Methodist Church.
