ELKHART, IN. -- Tonya J. Reeves, 23, of 58170 Lowell St., died at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2002 in a traffic accident at S.R. 19 and Moore Avenue. She was born on June 27, 1978, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Lewis R. and Kathy L. (Eliton) Kelly and married Justin E. Reeves in Winston-Salem, N.C., on May 5, 2001.
Her husband survives as well as one daughter, Chelsey Reeves; and three sons, Tyler Loy, Joshua Hartman and Justin E. Reeves Jr., all of Elkhart; her father, of Harriman, TN.; a brother, Jerry Kelly of Elkhart; three stepbrothers, John Lyttaker of Bristol, Rodney and James Lyttaker of Elkhart; and three stepsisters, Mrs. John (Teresa) Stewart, Mrs. Leonard (Sandra) Stewart and Leana Lyttaker, all of Elkhart.
Her mother and a sister, Diane Eversole, are deceased.
Mrs. Reeves was a homemaker.
Friends called one hour before the service at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20, 2002, at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home. The Rev. Gerald Reeves officiated and burial was at Prairie Street Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the family.
