Eva B. Boeth, 83, of Raytown, passed away after a brief illness Tuesday, February 6, 2007. Funeral services will be held Friday February 9, 2007, at 12 noon at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Floral Hills Chapel; visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at the chapel. Burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
Eva was born August 18, 1923, in Watauga, Ky. She married Walter Boeth Jr. May 2, 1943. They lived in the greater Kansas City, Mo., area, and were active members of Spring Valley Baptist Church. Eva retired from Hallmark Cards in 1991.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband Walter Boeth Jr. in 2002 and a sister, Sylvia Fuller. She is survived by her daughter Carol Lutes and husband Ken of Independence, Mo., and son, Ron Boeth and wife Margaret of Tallahassee, Fl., four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
