She was born September 29, 1962 in Anderson, Indiana, and resided in Anderson most of her life.
Summer was a homemaker and had worked at A & K Distributors.
She was a member of Westwood Fellowship Church in Ft. Wayne.
Summer is survived by her husband whom she married September 28, 2008; Tim Reed; children, Ramden Shell (Anna) of Florida and Timbra McGuire (Andrew) of Ft. Wayne; mother, Phyllis (Crosson) Ancil of Anderson; brothers, Terry Ancil (Treva) of Anderson and Mickey Ancil (Amy) of Anderson; eight grandchildren, Sam Shell, Lilly Shell, Sydney Shell, Ethen McGuire, Braydon McGuire, Alyssa McGuire, Kyler McGuire and Krimzzen McGuire; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold A. Ancil; brother, Ronnie Ancil; sister, Debbie McNeil; sister-in-law, Wanda Ancil and nephew, Jeffrey Ancil.

Services will be Friday, April 20, 2012 at 11:30 AM, at the funeral home.
Entombment will be in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.
