Leigh Doreen Baxter, 28, of Mount Joy entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 27, 2012 at home.
Leigh had been a waitress at Gus's Keystone Restaurant, Mount Joy and Red Lobster, York. She enjoyed writing, cooking, playing volleyball, and loved music. Her cat, Alex and two dogs, Kady and Gryphon will miss her.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Kathy L. Hirlinger of Stillwater and the late Ward L. Baxter.
In addition to her mother, Leigh will be missed by her companion, Ryan Frymoyer; her brothers, Christopher (Christine Eckert) Fair of Landisville and Matthew Baxter of Auburn; her sister, Angela (Travis) Lyle of York, her paternal grandmother, Doreen Baxter of Nelson; and her stepmother, Joan Baxter of Auburn.
A Memorial Service remembering Leigh's life will be held at Mountville Mennonite Church, 205 Froelich Ave., Mountville on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 4 pm. Friends may visit with the family from 3:30 until 4 pm and again immediately following the service. Interment is private.
