.Wolfe City-Funeral service for Fletcher Haywood, 65, will be at 11 a.m. today at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Pledger officiating. Burial will be at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Haywood was a farmer-rancher and a veteran of World War II. He was a member of First United Methodist. He is survived by his wife Nancy Jo; sons, Joe Byron Haywood of Garland and Kenneth Haywood of Greenville; brothers, Grady Haywood of Arlington, Curtis Haywood of Wolfe City and Floyd Haywood of Kaufman; and sister, Gertrude McClellan of Commerce. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alien T. and Mary Ann Denny Haywood.
Pallbearers will be Leon Denny, Kenneth Thornton, Eldon Lowery, Tom Brown Denny, Dickey King and Joe Ralph Hill.
