She was born April 9, 1920. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, and a member of the Clarkson Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. A. "Pete" Bell; her parents, Grover and Frona Scott Constant; one son, Albert Lee Bell; and one sister and brother-in-law, Virda and Henry Higdon.
She is survived by one son, Billy Rowe Bell of Leitchfield; one daughter-in-law, Joyce Bell of Clarkson; two grandsons, Richard Daron (wife Terry) Bell of Clarkson, and James Eric Bell of Louisville, Ky.; two step-great-granddaughters, Sabrina Turner of Scottsville, Ky., and Rachel Woods of Leitchfield; and one step-great-great-granddaughter, Aria Turner of Scottsville.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 1 p.m. at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Rev. Art Hatfield officiating.
Burial will be in the Clarkson Cemetery
