Janet W. Blair entered the golden gates of heaven on November 4, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Elmore Blair, Nunda and her children: Tricia Graf (Robert), Centennial, CO; Leslie Ahrens, (Robert), Waterford, Pa, Thomas Blair, Aurora, CO, Barbara Eulenstein, (Robert) Centennial CO and Martha Blair, Nunda. Her oldest son Peter, predeceased her. She was the proud grandmother of eight; Nathan Ahrens, Daytona Beach,FL, Susanne Ahrens, Raleigh, NC, Lindsey Graf, Centennial, CO, Stacey Graf, New York, NY, 2LT. Peter Eulenstein, Us Army, Mark, Jimmy and Amy Eulenstein, CO., Born on June 3rd, 1928, Janet Virginia Westbrook was the only child of N. Glenn Westbrook and Esther Wahl Westbrook, Hemlock, NY. She graduated Duke University in 1949, and began a lifelong teaching career in Dalton and Keshequa Central Schools. After retirement, Janet and Elmore volunteered for Hurricane Andrew recovery, UMCOR and Habitat for Humanity in Homestead Fl. She was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Nunda United Methodist Church Loyalist, League of Women Voters, Livingston County Triad, a 60 year member of the Livonia American Legion, and past President of the KCTA.
