Floyd Loten Pease, age 80, of California, Mo. passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at his home in California, Mo. He was born February 21, 1930 in Elwood, Kansas, the son of William Fredrick and Lillian Odell Daly Pease, both of whom preceded him in death. Floyd was married June 5, 1980 in Clarksburg, Mo. to Marie Carson Schoenberger who survives of the home. Survivors include: wife of the home,; three sons; Vincent G. Pease, with his wife Jerry Ann of St. Joseph, Mo.; Floyd David Pease, of Marshall, Mo.; and Mark Pearia, with his wife Victoria of St. Ann, Mo.; five daughters; Theresa E. Pease, of Marshall, Mo.; Elizabeth Hatmon, of Lebanon, Mo.; Bonnie McMillan, of Lebanon, Mo.; Tina Bieri, with her husband Jeff of California, Mo.; and Christine Gonzagowski, with her husband Dean of Versailles, Mo.; one brother; Wayne F. Pease, with his wife Lena of St. Joseph, Mo.; one sister; Irene L. Kiger, with her husband Herbert of St. Joseph, Mo.; twenty one grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren; Floyd was preceded in death along with his parents, by five sisters; Inez Pease, Sylvia Pease, Erma McCoy, Freda Bussel and Thelma Parks.; Visitation will be Monday February 14, 2011, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Weber Funeral Home in California, Mo., funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:30 p.m. with Bro. Ken Mathes and Bro. Eddie Schoeneberg officiating. An additional visitation will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Rupp Funeral Home in St. Joseph, Mo. Graveside services and Burial will follow the visitation at the Bellemont Cemetery in Wathena, Kansas. Memorials are suggested to the Main Street Baptist Church in California, Mo. 303 West Main Street, California, Mo. 65018.
