Walton H. Hoy, aged 32 years, died at the Emergency Hospital Tuesday evening, of pneumonia.

The young man was a son of the late Charles E. Hoy and was born and raised in Upper Paxton township.

He is survived by his wife and daughter, Mary, who reside on Moore street; his stepmother, three brothers and five sisters. The brothers are, Serg. Warren A. Hoy, Casual Hdqrs., and Nevin M. Hoy, Embarkation Hospital Newport Newport News, Va., both in the U. S. service; Theodore Hoy, Philadelphia; sisters, Mrs. Eva Bender, Mrs. Clayton Parmer, Miss Malinda Hoy, Hartford, Conn.; Mrs. Harry Dillman and Miss Carrie Hoy, of this place.

Deceased was a member of the Reformed church, M. W. A., P. O. S. of A., and Red Men of this place.

Funeral services and interment in Oak Hill Cemetery at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Funeral private.
