OBITUARY:

Mary Katherine Callahan, 67, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 1992 at Hutchinson Hospital.

She was born Dec. 4, 1924, at Stafford, the daughter of Joseph William and Wlima Sidna Strong Taylor. She was a 1942 Graduate of Stafford High School. A resident of Partridge since 1987, moving from Houston. She was a nurses aide.

She was a member of the Christian Church, Stafford.

Survivors include: a son, Robert, Liberal; three brothers, Don R., and Robert R. Taylor, both of Hutchinson, and Charles S. Taylor, Pratt; two sisters, Celia Adams, Partridge, and Geneva Chapman, Kinsley; four grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Funeral was 2 p.m. Saturday at Peacock-Milton Furneral Chapel, Stafford, with Marvin Bales officiating. Burial was in the Stafford Cemetery.

Memorials to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association, both in care of the funeral chapel.
