Bosserd
---Sarah L. Bosserd, a life long resident of this vicinity, passed away at her home, 837 east Michigan avenue last evening at 11:00 o'clock. Mrs. Bosserd had been in ill health for some time but her death was unexpected.
---Mrs. Bosserd was born in New York state, Nov. 29, 1854, and came to Marengo with her parents, George and Alice Jennings when but six months old. She spent all her life in Marengo with the exception of the last twenty-eight years spent in Marshall. On Nov. 19, 1873, she was united in marriage with John Bosserd, and to this union one daughter, Addie, was born. Beside the daughter there are several nieces and nephews surviving.
---Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Kelser-More funeral home. Dr. C. E. Blanchard will officiate and interment will be at Cemetery Crossing.

---Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah L. Bosserd who passed away Wednesday evening at her home 837 east Michigan avenue, were held this afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Kelser-More funeral home. Dr. C. E. Blanchard officiated taking his text from Psalms, "He delivereth them out of their distresses". Donald Currie sang "Will There Be Any Stars in My Cross" and "The Old Rugged Cross."
---Interment was in the cemetery in Marengo township and acting as pallbearers were Messrs. Fred Thomas, Charles Scutt, Otto Dillon, Ralph Thomas, Romaine Graham and W. E. Thomas.
