Zena was born on May 25, 1923 outside of Sully, Iowa. She had 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She moved to Casper in 1955 with her husband Harry Miller Dinges Jr. She was in the PTA and served on the Election Board. Zena was a homemaker that touched the lives of many through her generous spirit, intelligence and loving personality. She was adored by her children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Miller Dinges Jr. and her brother, William Vos. She is survived by her brother John Vos of Sacramento, Margaret Mance of Sacramento and Cornelia Hoy of Adel, IA.
She is survived by her children; son, Harry Miller Dinges III (Skip) and wife, Paula Wallace of Lakewood, CO and their children, Dana and Eric. Her daughter, Carol Johnson, husband Curt of Fargo, ND and daughters, Tamara and Jenny Beth. Her son, William Dinges, wife Lillian Dinges of Casper, and their children William and Natalie. Her daughter, Edith Hertzog (Dedie), husband Don of Conifer, CO and sons Pete, Joe, Zack Brown, Dustin and Tony Brown.
Visitation will be Thursday April 26th from 5 to 8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery 80 Veterans Rd. Evansville, WY.
