Ann Aurora Somppi Ramsay, 79, died April 29, 1997 in Bountiful.
Born Sept. 15, 1917 in Clear Creek, Utah to John William and Hedvig Emilia Somppi. Married John George Ramsay, Feb. 5, 1938 in Peerless, Utah. Ann's sense of humor and witty charm was refreshing to everyone around her. She will be deeply missed.
Survived by children, Gerald (Lois) Ramsay; James (Susan) Ramsay; Pete (Jeannie) Ramsay; Rob Ramsay; Carol (Jeff) Jensen; Kathi (Shane) Bridwell; 18 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, John William Ramsay.
The family would like to thank the nurses and aides at South Davis Community Hospital for their love and care for Ann.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 4, 1997 at 11 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 So. Redwood Rd., where friends may call Sun., 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services.
