Walhalla, SC—Brenda Sue Pinyan Roach, 62, of 102 Old Flat Shoals Road, Walhalla, SC, died Thursday, December 02, 2010, at Stevens County Hospital, Toccoa, GA.
A native of Walhalla, Ms. Roach was the daughter of the late Carl Wilson and Estelle Underwood Pinyan. She was a homemaker and was a member of Flat Shoals Baptist Church.
Ms. Roach is survived by daughters, Tracy Diane Byrant and Michelle Bolen, both of Walhalla; brother, Howard Pinyan of Walhalla; sisters, Linda Morgan of Walhalla and Cathy McKinney of Tamassee; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Roach was predeceased by a daughter, Glenda Elaine Mueller.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 4, 2010, from Flat Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:30-12:30, Saturday, at Davenport Funeral Home, Walhalla, prior to the funeral.
The family is at the home of sister, Linda Morgan: 102 Old Flat Shoals Road, Walhalla.
