Albert Gene Baty (1932 - 2012)

Albert "Al" Gene Baty, 80, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Service: 3 p.m. Friday in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth.

Al was born Jan. 19, 1932, in Paris, Texas, to R.B and Ella Baty. He graduated from Paris High School and worked for approximately 40 years as an electrical contractor for Chapman Construction Co. Al loved to travel and enjoyed going on RV trips. He will be missed. Al was preceded in death by his first wife, Gwendolyn Baty.

Survivors: Wife, Delores Baty; daughter, Sheron Huhn and husband, Richard; grandchildren, Heather, Hayley and Hilary Huhn; stepchildren, Mike Newberry and wife, Kerry, and Glynda Yandell and husband, Mike; and sister, June Alexander.
