Vonda Re Taylor, 54, dies

Vonda Re Taylor, 54, of Fort Morgan died Monday at the Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan.

Mrs. Taylor was born July 3, 1947, in Yuma to Lloyd and Vera Rhoades. She married James A. Taylor on Oct. 31, 1969, in Akron. She lived most of her life in Northeast Colorado.

Some of her hobbies included making jewelry, dolls and clothing for the dolls. She was an avid collector of teddy bears. She enjoyed get-togethers and picnics with family and friends; she liked children and was fond of cats.

She is survived by her husband, James A. Taylor, and two sons, one sister, and six [two] grandchildren. [Survivors names omitted.]

She was preceded in death by her father and stepfather.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow in the Burdette Cemetery, Otis. Memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2255 S. Oneida, Denver, 80224.—The Fort Morgan Times
