"Mrs. Tabitha A. Summers, widow of Dr. J. T. Summers, died at her home in Warfieldsburg, Friday evening, following a prolonged illness. She was a daughter of the late Leonard J. and Sarah E. Buckingham, and had reached her 84th birthday the day before her death. One daughter and two sons survive: Mrs. John D. Snader, Sam's Creek; Harry B. and Edgar J., Warfieldsburg; one sister and one brother: Mrs. William Nichols, Stanton, N.J., and Charles Buckingham, Greenfield, Ohio.
Funeral services Monday afternoon, leaving the late residence at 1 o'clock, with further services in the Stone Chapel Methodist Episcopal church, a 2 o'clock, Rev. Earl S. Hoxter officiating. Interment in the adjoining cemetery."
