Columbus, GA- Karen C. Kennedy Milligan, 68 of Seale, AL passed away peacefully Friday, April 20, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA
Graveside will be held 11:00 am EST Wednesday April 25, 2012 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Pastor Lee Whitman officiating. The family will receive friends this evening (Tuesday) from 6 to 8 pm EST at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City.
Ms. Milligan was born October 21, 1943 in Columbus, GA to the late Palmer Kennedy and Margaret Gibson Kennedy. She was retired as a caregiver for Home Health Care and was a Christian by faith. Ms. Milligan love visiting, always making herself available to anyone whom might have a need; she thoroughly enjoyed Gospel Sings and spending time with her friends.
She is survived by her two sons, Keith Milligan and wife Lee Anne of Seale, AL and Kevin Milligan of Phenix City, AL; granddaughter, Christian and one step-granddaughter, Laura, two step-great grandchildren, Bryanna and Joseph, Godchild, MaKayla Faulk, special friends, Carol Faulk, Marsha Copeland, Peggy Morris and Wanda Noyes, numerous cousins, extended family and many other caring friends
