Mrs. C. L. Martin, Emporia, mother of two El Doradoans, died Sunday in an Emporia hospital. She would have been 73 years old Tuesday. Mrs. Martin was the mother of Mrs. Glenn Jones, 516 South High and Clyde Martin, 240 State. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home at Emporia and burial will be in Blakely cemetery at Madison. (El Dorado Times, April 17, 1969)
