Abbs Scott B, 52, of Kendallville, died Feb. 2, 2004 at his home. He was assistant plant manager at Kraft Foods, where he had worked for 32 years. He was born April 6, 1951 in Kendallville to Bill and Jane (Geringer) Abbs. He graduated from East Noble High School in 1970 and earned a bachelor's degree in business management from LaSalle University in Chicago. On Jan. 20, 1973 at Trinity Church United Methodist he married Carol Reiske. Surviving are his wife; 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Troy and Julie of Fort Wayne and Trevor of LaPorte; a sister and brother-in-law, Jan and John Knox of Muncie; a brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Jan Abbs of Wawaka; a sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Ron Henschen of Kendallville.
