Age 87, passed away at the Calvert Manor Healthcare Center on April 21, 2012.

Louise was born in Yorklyn, DE, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Fulton. She graduate from Alexis I. DuPont H.S. and worked as a secretary for local companies retiring from Bird Ford & Co. She enjoyed reading, playing cards with friends and cheering for the Phillies. She was a member of Liberty Rebecca Lodge #10 where she served as the Noble Grand and on several presidential committees. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxillary VFW Post 5892 and Hockessin United Methodist Church.

Louise was predeceased by her husband, Wilson Berry, a son, Kenneth Fanning, a step-daughter, Virginia Marine, brothers, Edward Fulton, Howard Fulton and John Fulton, sisters, Mae Looney and Myrtle Cota. She is survived by her sons, Joseph Fanning (Diane), John Fanning (Charm), her step-daughter, Bonnie Bartlett (Charles). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staffs at the friends Home in Kennett Square and Calvert Manor Health Center for their compassionate care.

Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the MCCRERY &HARRA FUNERAL HOME, 3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilm., DE 19808 where a service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market Street, Suite 102 Philadelphia, PA 19106-2117.
