Mr. Turner, a member of the Methodist Church, had spent his entire life on the farm on which he was born in Turners.
He is survived by his wife, Winnie; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Turner Ellis at home: a brother, F. D. Turner of Salpulpa, Okla.; and two sisters, Mrs. C. N. Moffitt of Pittsburg, Kan., and Mrs. Belle Green of Joplin.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday In the Gorman-Scharpf Chapel with Rev. Ray Stribling officiating. Burial will be in Turners Cemetery."
