He had the following brothers: Glenn Linn(1891), Harold Linn(1893), & Donald Vernon Linn(1895). Howard Foley Linn's occupation was that of a mechanic. He lived at 22nd Avenue and Buckeye Road, and he was a resident in Phoenix, Arizona for five years. He was single and working at Amour & Company. His Mother Mary M. Linn was a resident of Flagstaff, Arizona when he died. He was attended by a physician between December 20th, 1929 until January 6th, 1930. Howard Foley Linn died of "Epidemic Cerebo Spinal Meningitis". No operation proceded his death and no autopsy was performed. Meningitis was found in the spinal fluid.
