Lewis A. Garlock of Lewistown, formerly of Saxton, died September 15, 1958. He was born September 30, 1879, at Latta Grove, Huntingdon County, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Garlock. He was married to Arinda Catherine Weaver on December 25, 1902, at Saxton. Surviving is his wife and two daughters, Mrs. Veda M. Bollinger and Mrs. Mary E. Stevens, both of Lewistown, and one son, Marl H. Garlock, State Assemblyman from McConnellsburg. He was the youngest of 14 children in his family and the last surviving1 member. He was employed in the sawmill industry and later in the gristmill in Saxton. Mr. Garlock left Saxton in 1928 and spent ten years in McConnellsburg and then moved to Lewistown.
