The name on his marker is Major R. O. Randall, so he may have served as a Major at one time. Rodolphus Ogilvia Randall was the son of Myrick Ogilva Randall and Lucy Melvina Kingsbury Randall. He was the husband of Louisa Josephine Turrentine Randall. In 1860 he was a Watch Maker and in 1870 he was a Silversmith.
