Jerry Dale Stacy, 25, formerly of Lafayette, died Friday [March 15, 1985] in Rochester, NY, where he resided. Born July 31, 1959, at Knox, IN, he had lived at Rochester since 1981, moving there from Lafayette. He was married June 23, 1984, at Rochester, to Betsy Ruth Harrison, who survives.

Mr. Stacy was a 1977 graduate of McCutcheon High School, and received his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University in 1981. He was a chemical engineer for the Kodak Corporation at Rochester.

Surviving with his wife are his parents, Perry and Carol Cunningham Stacy of Lafayette; two sisters, Miss Pamela Stacy of Lafayette and Trudy (Mrs. Bruce) Germain of West Lafayette; two brothers, Timothy Stacy of Dallas, TX, and Kenneth Stacy of Lafayette; and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Cunningham of Lafayette.
