FORMER SAFFORD GIRL WILL MARY CALIFORNIA BUSINESSMAN MAN

Mr. and Mrs. Lambert Frye, of Highland, announce the engagement of their daughter, Francena May, to Emmett Wade Narramore, of San Bernardino, and a quiet wedding with relatives and a few near and dear friends present, will be celebrated in San Bernardino in the very near future.

This bit of news will be of interest to many friends in Highland, the Gate City and Colton, Safford, Arizona, and particularly to a large circle of the bride-elect's acquaintances in Highland where she grew to womanhood.

Miss Frye possesses splendid business ability, having been bookkeeper and cashier with two of the Highland business firms, and having but recently resigned a similar position with the D. H. Richardson store, of east Highland, but in addition to the gift of business and a personality which endears friends, she possesses those splendid domestic qualities that go far to making the ideal home.

The young people will reside in Colton, where Mr. Narramore is in the employee of the Southern Pacific Railway. Both formerly lived in Arizona, where the friendship began, which rapidly developed into friendship and engagement, which will rob Highland of one of her lovely lassies; the Highland Woman's Club of a loyal member, and a business firm of a valued employee.

However, a wealth of good wishes will follow Miss Frye to her new home, and the groom-to-be will be congratulated on his good fortune - San Bernardino Daily Sun.
